🛍️ Use of Our Website

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old or have parental consent or legal medical permissions. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

To make purchases, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

🛍️ Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (unless due to our error) are not eligible for return

  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email info@DigInDugouts.com with “Return” in the subject line for faster service.

 

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email info@DigInDugouts.com with “Exchange” in the subject line. We’ll provide the return address and next steps.

 

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically

  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear

 

🚚 Shipping & Restocking Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable due to restocking and handling costs.

 

🏷️ Sale Items

Refunds for sale items will reflect the discounted purchase price. Full-price refunds are not available for discounted items.

 

📦 Return Shipping

To return your item, email info@DigInDugouts.com to receive the correct return address.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location
